The Aussiemigrant Process

As mentioned, the overall philosophy of Aussiemigrant is an ethical one. Our aim is to ensure that new migrants enjoy a stress-free, seamless and successful integration into Australia.

Pre-Arrival Assessment and Planning

Aussiemigrant provides the potential migrant with an integrated, step-by-step approach to planning your migration. Being well-informed and prepared will greatly reduce the stress involved when migrating.

Our pre-arrival process includes the following.

Look, See, Decide Tours

Most potential migrants to Australia visit the country at least once before finally deciding to migrate. Unfortunately these visits often prove not to be as fruitful as anticipated. Gaining access to information and getting to see the right people is extremely difficult without a well-established network.

Our Look, See, Decide Tours have specifically been designed to ensure that you gain maximum benefit from your visit to Australia.

Two options are available:

Option 1

• An individually designed tour to cater for your specific needs (flights and accommodation not included)
• Information sessions and meetings
• Business visits or recruitment agency visits
• Orientation days in areas of your choice

Option 2

• A fully organised tour ( including dinner, bed and breakfast as well as all transport and flights)
• Information seminars
• Business visits or recruitment agency visits ( up to 4 in each city)
• City orientation days

Also included

• Free one hour consultation on businesses/ job search reviewed and identification of future needs
• Free consultation prior to your arrival (call cost for your account)
• Free Aussiemigrant Australian StarterPack on arrival

Business Information Review

Based on your needs, we will conduct the research and provide you with reports on Australian business opportunities.

The reports will include:

• Business description
• Net assets in the sale
• Turnover/Revenue figures (where applicable)
• Net Profit figures (where applicable)
• Staffing Levels
• Basis of sale (i.e. franchise, full purchase, equity etc.)
• Aussiemigrant commentary and opinion ( for example, advantages and disadvantages of particular business)

Also included

• Free telephonic reviews on the businesses
• Free business consultation and settlement consultation on your arrival

Company Incorporation

This service includes

• Australian Company registration with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission
• Applicable Australian Tax Office registration
• Company Tax File Number application
• Australian Business Number registration
• GST Registration as required

Arrival

When you arrive in Australia, Aussiemigrant will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation if this service is required.

You will also be issued with your free Aussiemigrant Australian StarterPack. This pack contains the following information and documentation:

• Information brochure and enrolment form for Medicare (note: you need to be a permanent resident in order to be eligible for Medicare)
• Requirements and application form to obtain your Drivers Licence
• Application form for a Card18+ identification card
• Details on how to open a bank account
• Information on renting a property in Australia
• Information on how to apply for an Australian Tax File Number
• Details on how to buy a car
• Suggestions on what to do with your money

Aussiemigrant Client Needs Analysis

A few days after your arrival, Aussiemigrant will conduct a detailed Needs Analysis with you. The purpose of the Needs Analysis is to give you and us a specific picture of what your most pressing needs are. Based on the outcome of the analysis we can then start working on the next step to ensure your success in Australia.

Financial Assessment

Where appropriate a thorough financial assessment will be conducted. At Aussiemigrant we have a number of highly qualified and experienced financial advisors. Based on the outcomes of the financial assessment, the financial advisor will prepare a wealth creation strategy suited to your individual needs.

Once the above processes have been completed, we will follow a tailor-made strategy dependant on your interests, needs and visa requirements.
