Business immigrants to Australia need assistance in obtaining a business. Business brokers are vendors' agents, obtain their fee from the vendor and therefore act primarily in the interests of the vendor. That being the case, your interests are not necessarily considered. Aussiemigrant has developed a Buyer's Agency program, which works on behalf of you the buyer and therefore seeks to minimise the price.

The pre-arrival business search works in that once you have engaged the services of the Buyer's Agency program; you will begin to receive correspondence from the agents in the states in which you have declared an interest. Initially you will only receive summaries of the opportunities identified. Should you be interested thereafter, we would email you the financial statements of these opportunities. In that way, once you arrive in Australia, you may well be in position to view several opportunities, the financials of which you are already familiar.

The Buyers Agent Value Proposition to you is:

A) We seek to understand your skills, needs and aspirations.
B) We identify good business opportunities for you within the parameters of your needs and use our experience to screen out the myriad of poor to average "paper" opportunities that abound.
C) Conduct discussions with you to determine the parameters of your offer.
D) Prepare and present formal offers.
E) Undertake formal negotiations on your behalf, mostly with the vendor directly.

A key feature of the Buyers Agency program is that Aussiemigrant is able to offer the program in all 3 eastern states, Victoria, NSW and Queensland, which include Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and also in WA, specifically Perth. This amounts to approximately 80% of the business coverage of Australia.

While the Buyers Agent program does not undertake the due diligence for you or on your behalf, we will prompt you to consider various aspects.

Further features include the fact that you are not constrained by the Buyers Agent agreement insofar as you are able to view, assess and purchase any other business outside of the Buyers Agent program, without paying the success fee. All that is required is that you simply advise the Buyers Agent that you are doing so. For the opportunities introduced to you by the Buyers Agent program, you, the buyer, however acknowledge that it is the role of the Buyers Agent to conduct all contractual negotiations.

An engagement fee is required to obtain commitment from you the buyer; however that engagement fee is rebated back to you if the total purchase price of the business opportunity exceeds a minimum.
